About your Mentor

First and foremost, I see myself as a student of life and relationships, which is what I often encourage my clients to also adopt as a role for themselves; for regardless of how much we think we know, it's not "believe in ourselves" that's the wisest most growth provoking position to choose, but humbleness, surrendering to the teachings that are constantly given to us, yet we often don't even notice. 

For over a decade and a half I've been passionate about becoming as real, vulnerable, and strong as I can, and though I've come a long way, the journey never ends, I still have wounds, insecurities, fears. I've immersed myself on the path of personal transformation through hundreds of books on psychology, philosophy, human behaviour, relationships, sex, maybe a dozen experiences of transformative courses, retreats, and plant ceremonies like Ayahuasca, Peyote and Huachuma, to name a few, thousands of hours of meditations, reflections and writing, and especially countless of personal fucks ups, repeated "mistakes", self-destructive patterns, unmet expectations, shattering moments, and always enriching often beautiful, enlivening, humbling happenings, that I've chosen to openly share, whether in my books, social media, or in my one on one conversations with anyone that I feel it might resonate with, and even help; anyone open. 

I believe all therapeutic experiences, are meant to help us confront more of what's hurt us, more of ourselves, our shadows, the parts of us we've denied and maybe see projected in others, and with that, become more whole, more integrated, real, raw, men and women, to eventually get to the heart. And one can't expect getting "there", if one, including myself, tries too hard to keep on the masks, to hide, to pretend, to try to portray whatever image we think others will validate. That's the reason why I come to you as naked as possible; I don't have all the answers, but I have questions that have changed my life, and enough insights, understandings and truths regarding ourselves and relationships, to make a radical difference in our experience of romance and life have been given to me; and the genuine passion to help you, to help each other express more of everything you're craving to express, and experience more of everything that life has to offer.
